Ouch

I just got beaten up by a small Malaysian woman. OK, she described it as a traditional massage, but the overall effect was the same. Judging from the amount of pain she was putting me though as she worked on knots (of which there was a seemingly endless supply), my back probably needed it. She was putting so much pressure on at times, that I expected her to start doing handstands at any moment. Apparently carrying heavy backpacks around isn't that good for the body. Who knew? :) Mind you, the pull in my neck that I've had ever since I broke my collarbone last year feels much looser, so totally worth it.

  1. Ha ha! I had a similar experience in Thailand, the lady was using her elbows and everything, I had to actually grit my teeth at points! Lovely pic by the way, looks like paradise 😀

  2. Ok, I’ve just woken up and my shoulders are so stiff you’d think I just did a huge gym session.

She used her elbows as well. She used them a lot.
